Literary Death Match is a unique and fun event celebrating literature of all kinds with events held around the USA. Tonight in Los Angeles Amber will be competing against three fellow writers for the Literary Death Match Crown all in front of a live audience and you could be there.
Joining Amber will be Brian Finkelstein, Cecil Castellucci & Nick Antosca each writer will have up to 7 minutes reading from their own work to impress an expert judging panel featuring:
· Will McCormack
· Andrea Letamendi
· Sara Benincasa
The judges will then select the two finalists who will go head-to-head for the Literary Death Match Crown in what the organisers describe as a “vaguely literary game”.
Humour is the main aim of the evening in what promises to be a hugely entertaining event. At the conclusion of the Death Match the fun moves on to a lively after party.
Literary Death Match is being held tonight at: Nerdist at Meltdown, 7522 Sunset Blvd, LA. Doors open at 8:45pm; Show starts at 9:15 after drinks at The Pikey.
