Amber recently confirmed via her official social media accounts that she will be attending ConnectiCon this weekend (9-12 July).

Details of Amber’s Upcoming Acting Workshop At Dragon Con 2015 Has Been Released.

In April Dragon Con Confirmed that Amber will be teaching a two-day acting workshop at Dragon Con 2015 in September. This offers aspiring actors the chance to benefit from her advice and considerable experience given her work on both film and television for many years. This will not be Amber's first foray into teaching she attended and led an acting workshop at Dragon Con back in 2012 and more recently Amber has taught a number of writing classes with Writing Pad.

Recently Dragon Con released further details about Amber’s upcoming workshop on their official website.

The workshop will take place on 4th-5th of September 2015 this class will cover areas such as Breaking Into The Business, Character Building and much more.

Thrilling news for fans of The Witches of Echo Park the title for the eagerly awaited second book in the series has now been confirmed as The Last Dream Keeper and it is available for pre-order now.

Shockwave Starring Amber Benson Is Now Available To Buy On DVD

In 2013 Amber starred in Shockwave a short film directed by famed horror director Tom Holland. Shockwave was part of Tom Holland's latest Twisted Tales series which made its debut on USA website Fear.Net has now been released on DVD.

The plot centers around a group of four friends including Amber as Dhianna who are enjoying dinner one night when they realise the apocalypse has begun. Let's just say they don't handle it well and the battle to survive the end of the world quickly ensues. Starring alongside Amber is Angela Bettis who will be familiar to Amber fans as Amy in sci-fi comedy Drones which was codirected by Amber and her former Buffy the Vampire Slayer co-star Adam Busch.

On 15 June 2015 Tom Holland's Twisted Tales An Anthology Of Darkness And Dread was released on DVD. It includes all of the short films which featur in the series Shockwave included. That's 144 minutes of original chilling horror tales and it's available both here in the UK and USA too.

Amber was a guest on a recent episode of Debbie Lynn Elias’ Behind The Lens video podcast.

Amber joined Debbie via telephone at the 16 minute mark of the podcast to discuss her role as director on the brand-new short film Shevenge. Amber Is The Special Guest On Episode 2 Of Three Guys With Beards Podcast

Recently Amber joined Christopher Golden, James A Moore and Jonathan Maberry as their special guest on episode two of three guys with beards.

Three very talented authors all of whom have impressive bodies of work and between them have written countless novels, novelisations, videogames, television and web series too. I am going to include links to all of their websites you can check out their full bibliographies for yourself. These three acclaimed authors and friends have started a brand-new regular podcast in which they discuss writing and yes as the title suggests they all have beards.

In this episode along with guest Amber they discuss her brand-new urban fantasy series The Witches Of Echo Park. The first novel in the series is available in paperback, e-reader format and audiobook narrated by Amber herself which are all out now.
