Lovers, Liars and Lunatics

In 2005, Amber added yet another movie that she in which she wrote, directed, produced, and starred to her repertoire. Lovers, Liars, and Lunatics was originally coined The Dirty Script, centering around Elaine, played by the highly talented Christine Estabrooke, who has just discovered that her husband is having an affair. With her home life in turmoil, her life goes just tad bit crazier when two bumbling robbers, Justine(Amber) and Louis(Michael Muhney), find their way into the family's home.

With plans to just be in and out of the home, Justine and Louis are in for a surprise when Elaine wakes in the middle of their looting. A simple home robbery turns into a rather comedic hostage situation, and Elaine finds out that her family, isn't all they've seemed to be.

Amber does a wonderful job, not only in regards to the acting, but also in terms of writing a richly entertaining script. She shows off her expertise at evoking both humor and seriousness out of her character, placing heart to heart moments amid something as simple as a hilarious line delivered innocently from Justine lips. This film will tickle your funny bone, and tug at your heart-strings all at the same time...or maybe you'll just sit back and enjoy the snarky script.
