Fanatic Pop Culture Expo Tickets On Sale This Friday

Last week there was exciting news of fans in the UK when it was announced that Amber will be attending Fanatic Pop Culture Expo between 2nd – 3rd of September 2017. Fanatic Pop Culture Expo will be held at the Harrogate International Convention Centre, North Yorkshire UK.

The official website is still not live however the organisers announced on their official Facebook and Twitter accounts (click the hyperlinks) that tickets will go on sale this Friday (28/4/17)

They also confirmed that the tickets will go on sale via online ticket seller ticketweb.co.uk. It is possible to sign up for a free account on the ticketweb.co.uk website now, so you can buy tickets on Friday. There is no word on what time of day the tickets will go on sale, as soon as I have any more information I will post it here in the latest news section.

When I have any more information regarding tickets and pricing I will let you know.

Amber Is A Guest In The Latest Episode Of Escape!

Amber is a guest/contestant in the latest episode of Escape, a web-based TV show shown on multimedia platform Geek & Sundry. Escape sees celebrities take on the challenge of escaping a locked room in 30 minutes or less, following clues and using objects at hand.

Amber is joined on the show by fellow contestants, Josh McDermitt from The Walking Dead, actor Alison Haislip and Dan Casey senior editor at Nerdist.com. In this episode Amber and co have to work together to escape from a 1930s prison.

Amber To Attend Fanatic Pop Culture Expo In The UK This September!

There was exciting news for Amber fans in the UK earlier this week when it was announced she will be attending Fanatic Pop Culture Expo in September. The Fanatic Pop Culture Expo will be held at the Harrogate International Conference Centre in Harrogate, North Yorkshire UK. The event will be held on the 2 -3 of September 2017 and according to the official social media accounts Amber is scheduled to attend on both days.

At the moment their website is currently under construction and there is no information on buying tickets and/or prices. There is some information available about Fanatic Pop Culture Expo via their official Facebook and Twitter pages to view just click the hyperlinks below:

Amber’s Brand New Short Story To Be Included In The Upcoming Dark Cities Horror Anthology

There was exciting news for fans yesterday as Amber revealed via social media that she has written a brand-new short story. The story entitled “What I’ve Always Done” will be part of the upcoming Dark Cities horror anthology edited by Christopher Golden.

As the title suggests each of these chilling stories takes place in an urban setting and gives new meaning to the phrase the big bad city.

There are no further details available on what Amber's story is about but we do know it will feature alongside work from other talented authors including:

Seanan McGuire
Kasey Lansdale & Joe R. Lansdale
Jonathan Maberry
Sherrilyn Kenyon
Christopher Golden himself and many more

Amazon.com, UK retailers Amazon.co.uk and ForbiddenPlanet.com are advertising the release date for Dark Cities as the 16th of May 2017. I have been unable to find confirmation of this date from publishers Titan Books as yet but the retailers mentioned have listed the book as available for preorder now.

Please note: Dark Cities will be available from other retailers and online stores. It’s not my intention to favour others just trying to highlight where it can be purchased as there are usually less options for UK customers.

The Seven Whistlers Is To Be Released In A Paperback Version

The Seven Whistlers is to be released in a paperback version for the first time. Amber and co-author Christopher Golden released this exciting news via social media recently.

When Rose Kerrigan visits her sick grandfather at his care home he warns her that there is evil in the world and it’s after him. Rose is sure this is just a symptom of his illness but after a late night encounter with a shadowy presence and hearing a terrible whistling unlike anything she has heard before, Rose begins to wonder if evil is lurking and is it coming for her?

The Seven Whistlers was originally released in 2006 in a hardback version but thanks to new publishers Haverhill House it will be more widely available than ever before. There's no news yet on an official release date for the paperback version but the cover art has been released. To find out more about this exciting book click here.

Amber Signing Copies Of The End Of Magic At Dark Delicacies Bookstore In May

To celebrate the release of her brand-new novel The End of Magic Amber will be signing copies at Dark Delicacies bookstore on 20th of May 2017. The event will begin at 2 PM on Saturday, 20th of May at Dark Delicacies
3512 W. Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505.

If like me you are unable to attend the signing in person you can order a signed copy from their website.
