In 2016 author, illustrator and creator Sina Grace launched a web series adaptation of his own semi autobiographical graphic novel Self-Obsessed. In which Sina is facing the cancellation of his comic book series and other personal setbacks. Amber starred alongside him playing herself the two are good friends and Amber fans maybe familiar with Sina’s name because he was the illustrator for Amber's children's book Among The Ghosts.
Amber recently announced on Twitter she would be returning. Adam Busch her former Buffy the Vampire Slayer co-star is also returning along with Jon Gabrus. Joining them for season 2 are: Laura Silverman, Drew Droege, Colleen Green and Bailey Godfrey along with brand-new director Kevin Sonnichsen.
Season 2 begins with Sina pitching a brand-new idea to his former employer and it receives a lukewarm reception. Then he and Amber head off to Comic Con where he is offered a deal with strings attached and Amber’s experience at this particular Comic Con isn't a good one.
