There was exciting news for UK Amber Benson fans yesterday evening when it was announced that Amber is to be a guest at the upcoming Wales Comic Con in December. It will be held on the 1st - 2nd of December at Glyndwr University, Wrexham, North Wales.
Amber is the latest addition to an exciting line-up of Buffy The Vampire Slayer cast members attending the event including:
Mercedes McNab
Michelle Trachtenberg
Nicholas Brendon
Emma Caulfield
Perhaps the most exciting news for fans of Willow and Tara is that Alyson Hannigan will also be a guest along with Amber as well.
Alexis Denisof was due to attend it was announced via social media that he has had to cancel due to ill-health. This news broke shortly before it was revealed that Amber would be attending this year.
Wales Comic Con announced Amber’s attendance just over six hours ago via their official Facebook and Twitter accounts. At the time of writing this Amber has not yet been added to the list of guests on the event’s website but from the information on social media it would appear she set to attend on both Saturday the 1st and Sunday 2nd of December.
The event is already proving to be very popular and Saturday is a complete sellout. However there are still general entry tickets available for Sunday. To find out more about the event and to buy tickets click the link below and hit the “Buy Tickets” button at the top of the page.

There are photo shoots available with guests but again at the time of writing this photo shoots with Amber have not yet been added to their official site. I will do my very best to update this article and our Twitter and Facebook pages with more information as and when it becomes available.
Sadly due to a combination of factors I won't be able to attend this year but I'm delighted that Amber is returning to the UK and my fellow Amber fans will get the chance to meet her. I hope everyone who is attending and Amber herself of course have an amazing time. As ever I will do my very best to keep people updated on any new information regarding the event e.g. Amber’s photo shoots, guest talks etc. as soon I get it.
